Celetstial Crystal can be crafted at the Celestial Forage.
It requires combining 100 Celestial Fragments + 1 Energy Stone.
You can obtain Celestial Fragments from Cursed Forest loot chests, and other loot boxes.
Wing items can also have their item level increased!
Wing item level is increased via Celestial Forge.
